POLICIES
1. Booking & Late fee:
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total service cost.
A 15 minute grace period is honored. 20 minutes will result in a $50 late fee. If not arrived within 20 minutes of the appointment, (upon approval of artist), you may be rescheduled to another time or your appointment will be cancelled still with the $50 rescheduling fee.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing the deposit.
Rescheduling/Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No-shows and same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the service price.
Example: if service is $500 and you cancel same day of appointment or are a no show, there will be a $250 charge to the card you booked the deposit with.

3. Payments & Refunds:
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment, payable in cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

4. Eligibility & Health Conditions:
Clients must be at least 18 years old.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, or medications that may affect the procedure.
Pregnant or nursing individuals are not eligible for services.
Clients must not have used Accutane within the past 12 months.
If you have had previous permanent makeup done elsewhere, a consultation is required before booking a service.
5. Results & Touch-Ups:
Permanent makeup results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
A touch-up session is recommended 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure for optimal results.
Additional touch-ups beyond the initial one will be charged separately.
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions to ensure the best results.
6. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, has contraindications to the procedure, or displays inappropriate behavior.
Clients with unrealistic expectations or those who have a history of poor healing may be advised against the procedure.
7. Liability & Consent:
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the responsibilities associated with permanent makeup.
A consent form must be signed before any procedure is performed.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to failure to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions.
